Methyl Acrylate (MA) is a clear, colorless, volatile liquid with a pungent odor, primarily used as a reactive monomer in polymer production. It is highly reactive due to the acrylate double bond and is used to manufacture resins, adhesives, coatings, plastics, elastomers, and specialty polymers.
